OVERVIEW

We take pride in offering a great selection of quality watches and hope you’ll enjoy every watch you purchase through our site.  If, however, you wish to return a watch, you can do so within 30 days of the purchase date as long as the watch is unworn, unsized, and in the exact same condition that you received it (including all plastic packaging still intact and on the watch).

 

IMPORTANT

It is important that you take time to inspect a watch before removing the plastic packaging, before wearing it, and before resizing it.

You should inspect it for defects, check the functionality of the crown and pushers (if applicable), and check to see if the size of the watch fits what you are looking for.

Once the plastic packaging has been removed, or the watch has been worn or resized, then it cannot be returned.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 – Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) #

Before shipping the watch to us, you must first obtain an RA#.  Without an RA#, a watch cannot be returned.  If you ship a watch to us without an RA# then you cannot receive a refund and you risk losing both the watch and the purchase price.

To obtain an RA#, email us at contact@wrister.com.  In the email, include your name, order number, and the reason you wish to return the item.  Also include a note stating the condition of the watch (including whether the plastic packaging is still on the watch, and if it has been worn or resized).

Step 2 – Ship the Watch to Us

If your watch is still in perfect condition and you obtained an RA#, you can receive a refund by shipping it to our return processing center.

Please be sure to include a note in the package that states this is a return for "Wrister" and include your name (must be the same name as the original shipping address), order number, and the reason for the return.   This information will help ensure your refund is routed correctly.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless told otherwise while obtaining an RA#.  We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not take responsibility for returned items that are lost in the mail.

 

Step 3 – Wait for Your Refund

We'll issue your refund once we receive the watch at the above address.  Your refund will be returned to whatever payment method you used when you made the purchase.

If the item has already been delivered to our returns processing center, but you still don’t see your refund, we ask that you first check with your bank account or credit card company to inquire about the refund.  It often takes several business days before a refund is officially posted by a credit card or bank.

If it has been 5 business days since your item was delivered to our return address and you still don’t see your refund, you can contact us at contact@wrister.com for more information.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer any exchanges, but instead offer refunds.  If you prefer an exchange, we suggest you return the first watch for a refund and then place a new order for the item you wanted to exchange.

Are shipping charges refundable?

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless told otherwise while obtaining an RA#.

What if my watch broke after very little wear?

Once a watch has been worn, it can no longer be returned to us.  (That’s why we recommend you inspect the watch very carefully before wearing or resizing it.)  However, you are welcome to contact the manufacturer for information regarding the manufacturer’s warranty.  If you need any help with this or have additional questions regarding this issue, feel free to contact us.

Is there a warranty that covers my watch from defects once I start wearing it?

Yes, in almost every situation your watch is covered by a warranty from the manufacturer.  Since the details vary based on the watch brand, we can’t include the specifics here.  However, you should have received warranty information with your watch, and if you have additional questions about the warranty feel free to contact us.
